Worry about Merger
$Vinco Ventures(BBIG.US$ I have bad experince for the past Sprt/Gree merger as I loss almost everything after merging. Does anyone know this Bbig/Zash merger will be the similar scenario and outcome? I am holding1000 Bbig shares and thinking to sell or to hold till post merging. Anyone welcome to share their view especially those ex Sprt and current Bbig holders ![]()

Dont Lose Money : Not sure which merger are you referring to. Vinco Ventures merged with ZaSh (As a parent company) earlier this year 21 Jan. Zash acquired Lomotif, rival of TikTok. Vinco bought Adrizer earlier this month to monetise Lomotif platform. CEO of Vinco moved to Zash, Lisa King taking over the helm for Vinco. CFO of Vinco anchoring Cryptyde. Cryptyde is in blockchain business, under Vinco, is supposed to spin off dividend around 15 Oct and this has been delayed till end of year as I understand.. see link below

102482539 : Same here from sprt loose 93%++ haha very expensive lesson learned but in BBIG Manège to gain back from balance 7% back to 45% is still a good stock now holding to see how the future is
Leefh : Me too get burnt from SPRT/GREE, BBIG have to wait for their valuation on TYDE spin-off then would be the reversed merger by ZASH (very much depends on ZASH valuation. Example If ZASH:BBIG ratio is 80:20 then high risk) cautious. Dyodd
Leefh Wilson_wu: They too late to announce the valuation of reversed merger by like last day before merger which SPRT price already drop significantly. Just my thought.

Leefh James1987: For BBIG, when they going to complete the reversed merger it very much depends on the valuation of ZASH. If too huge of ZASH valuation then huge dilution to BBIG, for example 10 BBIG shares for 1 ZASH share conversion. Dyodd
