$KAISA GROUP(01638.HK)$ Kaisa said it had remitted some funds from the mainland to Hong Kong for early redemptions, which will be made at an appropriate time based on market conditions. The buyback is aimed at optimizing the company's debt structure and reducing leverage.

Kaisa 6.5% bonds rose 9.3 cents to 71.7 cents on the dollar as of 13:56 in Hong Kong, on track for the biggest gain on record.

Meanwhile, Kaisa has paid a coupon of $11.25 per cent due On October 9.
