They bought on Tue at price $1.40 to $3. When shorter sold down before announce CEI fraud. Once news out buyers worry CEI go bankrupt. Because you have calculate T+3, friday was the last day for them to sell. So once crisis over. It will started to climb again. It take time. No worry about the price having a wave.
