71783313OP xXTheGodFatherXx: So why wouldn’t delta hedging be within the restrictions of the SSR rule? I can’t really find an arguement as to why it isn’t. If they can only short on the uptick then they can delta hedge to manufacture an uptick to basically double whammy the stock once that uptick happens
