Duskerdawn onglai88: Depends on the extent of your willingness to accept short term paper losses. Cos by the same logic, more volatility for Baba means more opportunities.
Chinese saying that there are opportunities in crisis. For me, I have exposure to both and just average down where I can while watching the portfolio bleed out for now...

OmVI onglai88: My only problem with BABA is abt their “committed” 15B buyback. Why hv they not bought back a single share when their share price has hit a 2-3 yr low? Not low enough to justify a buyback? Is there something that we don’t know that we don’t know?
The mgmt actions were very different from what they said during their latest earnings call.
