WBG material has the characteristics of fast switching speed, low loss, high temperature resistance and voltage resistance, so it has found applications in consumer power products, 5G and electric vehicle (EV) innovation. However, these advantages increase the complexity of design and testing.

In order to improve the efficiency of development and testing, NCUOSC successfully established the third-generation WBG semiconductor open laboratory using Keysight’s PD1500A dynamic power device analyzer/dual pulse tester (DPT) platform.
