Buy & Sell based on Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis

These are a few reasons I would buy a stock
1. Stock chart is forming higher low
2. Major sell off due to short term bad news but doesn't influence the underlying fundamentals of a company (for example SEA's recent fund raising )
3. Company raises their prospects/guidance
4. Analyst raise their Target Price of the company.

These are the checklist when I decide to sell a stock
1. Stock price unable to break previous resistance
2. Company turn down their prospects /guidance
3. Analyst cut their target price
4. Change of underlying fundamentals of a company
