Is XRP still bullish?

Today is an important day for $XRP(XRP.CC)$. If it does bounce back and hold above the $1 major psychological level + strong support level, it does suggest hint of bullishiness.

However that taking into account, alt coins are extremely volatile and if the market in general, including $Bitcoin(BTC.CC)$ of course, is shaken, they will most likely take a harder toll.

Just dollar cost average into a company/coin that you have confidence in and thats the slow and steady way to growth.
