Wanda Hotel Development: Wanda Party agreed to terminate and Sunac China agreed to pay RMB 133.32 million to the Group as compensation for termination within 10 working days after signing the termination agreement, and to pay RMB 68.59 million to the Group to settle all outstanding accounts payable with the Group as of June 30, 2021.
