$WANDA HOTEL DEV(00169.HK)$ Four people with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters that Wanda Light Assets Commercial Management Company, a subsidiary of China's Dalian Wanda Group, had raised nearly US$6 billion before listing in Hong Kong, the largest such fundraising activity in China this year. Three of the sources said that the Hong Kong private equity firm PAG led the fundraising and provided US$2.8 billion for Wanda Light Assets Commercial Management. Wanda and all investors did not immediately respond to requests for comment
