Low potential to rebound?
$COSCO SHP SG(F83.SG$ is cosco a low potential stock? i bought at 0.33 one and a half years back and the price has never gone above that. Thinking of cutting loss and just sell. should I??

CareRareFair : Container and bulk shipping have been booming all this year. However, F83 has little with shipping business as it has only 3 old Panama type bulk carriers yet have locked in one year charter party before, that means it missed most of the booming season so far. In fact, it should not be called "shipping company" now. On the other hand, it has logistics business but only in Singapore and Malaysia, with limited size. So its EPS is hardly more than 1 cent per share. How can buy? Unless it make clear who it is and whether and how they will go further on logistics business
