Restructuring of Capitaland
$CapitaLand(C31.SG$ How do you all find the restructuring plan of Capitaland? Is it accretive to the existing Capitaland shareholders after the move has been completed in the short to mid term?

PirateyAhoy : As long as you did not pay above $4 per share, it will generally be accretive...the lower you bought, the higher the margin of safety you would have gotten...I was in at low 3's
As a capitalisation exercise, this deal is very good, it is a win-win-win...cuz you get 1:1 CLI share + fractional CICT shares + some cash back (which you can reinvest any way you want)
