$SoftBank Group (ADR)(SFTBY.US)$ $DEUTSCHE TELEKOM(DTEGY.US)$ SoftBank announced that it has reached a strategic cooperation agreement and a share swap agreement with Deutsche Telekom. Deutsche Telekom will buy approximately 20 million T-Mobile US shares from SoftBank, and SoftBank will become the major shareholder of T-Mobile US
