for Activist Investment Companies

Sweet Jesus, too many in the Market respond too quickly to all that is said about a stock or company.
Hell, you bought it hopefully not on the advise of a single letter.
In this case, the letter is referred to as coming from a stock holder (in essence, a company who states their objective is to merge companies,)
writes an Opem Letter to you and I and all other investors, warning us about the leadership and management of a given stock.

Then this stockholder shares that the company is almost always doing what they reffer to as nefarious and borderline unethical and accusations that the company is engaging in breaking the law.

You read the letter addressed to you.
Next thing that happens to some?
They freak out and then question thier purchase.

If you buy a lie, you'll defend your purchase.

Instead buy the stock on what you've researched and bought. If you buy based truth, history, research, fundamentals, facts, proven analytics and projections. YOU'VE BOUGHT THE T R U T H
DEFEND YOUR P U R C H A S E

Read the letter and then re-read it. Due diligence doesn't stop after you invest in a stock.
Now that you've read and reread the open letter.
Then read the few paragraphs that follow if you want the whole truth...

The stockhold is a large investment company who operates clearly as a reverse merger focused company.

Next, you'll see they are joined at the hip with ACTIVIST Investors. In other words Bully investors with alterative motives of their own.

They'll make moves, make accusations, muddy the water, file charges, write open letters...
All the while, seemly doing all this to protect the "other" investors (like you and me,) from the misaligned current company leaders.

Trying to protect us from the company that we Invested in,
Believed in. wanting to Buy into the company.

They look for, Hunt Down and begin a Hostile Takover.
Protecting us?
HOG WASH !!!!

When you read this stuff, read between the lines... and continually keep up your research and due diligence on each stock you own, active and current.

These type investors have their own ageanda and that agenda isn't non bias and its diffenately not to "protect" you from the leadership or management of the company.
There two certain things they want:
CONTROL & CHANGE

They want to change things,
Climate Change, Social Justice Reform, Radical, Political, Financial changes in the Market and in the world...
The lists of things they want are hidden and their efforts to CONTROL a company are for certain.
Their agendas are things I personally don't support most of the time and I don't want any part in stealing companies.

These ACTIVST's are worse that the hedge funds. At least the Hedge Funds are obviously and clearly wanting to make money for themselves and do what they do in plain sight. You can plainly and clearly see what their doing and they don't five a rip, wheter you agree with them or not.

Activists find a money making tranfomational and disrubtive stocks.
They buy it with intention to "Take Over" a given stock, using tatics like holding a large number of shares, flexing those shares as a means to change the company. First attack the company’s leadership. They almost always Highlight certain metrics that spark concern (executives pay/bonues or packages, financial large spends - regardless of effect, stock price vs realist evaluations.) and just get you to doubt.

Way too many unfortunately give what they say, credence.

We complain about Robots. Activist motivated Investment companies are self serving company's with agendas contray to those of us that bought shares in a company we LIKE, BELIEVE in enough to INVEST in.

Please stop following these cult like thieves or Activist investors.
