earning season or warning season?

When big corporates $Apple (AAPL.US)$ $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ announce their earnings - it is always a pressure to surpass past result and delight shareholders and supporters which likely to have a positive price movement but if it goes south, so will it's stock price. Sell high? buy the dip? hodl? whichever decision , my simple rule of thumb is DYDD and not be sway by sentiments!
