Naked shorting is illegal. They are using illegal means to short AMC. It’s already official more than 80% of AMC shares belongs to apes. No one is selling as u can see. So where are they borrowing from to short? There are many other illegal things they are doing like stock market manipulation, creating fuds etc.
The law will catch up with them. Sec, dtcc and finra are definitely tying up the loose ends.
