LumpsGoesToTheMoon jimmy awesome: If you were attempting to build a case on a criminal enterprise, would you announce it to the public constantly or would you wait until you have a case? building a case on naked shorts takes years and is the hardest case to build. what exactly are you expecting them to do? the only thing they could do right now is halt trading. is that what you guys would like to see?

C w6 jimmy awesome: Just going to be real with you, the current price is not based on fundamentals and company growth. We are already well into a squeeze territory. I am not saying it's squeezing currently but a small percent of shorts covering is what pushed the price to here and holding the float while waiting for more to cover is what's keeping it from falling. which basically means good news or bad news at the theater is already not going to be the dominating reason for the price to move. What you really want to see is shorts covering, interest increases or new laws passing.
