S&P 500, Nasdaq close at record highs
Stocks were mixed Monday, with growth shares continuing their recent trend of outperforming value names, as the 10-year Treasury yield sank to 1.47%. The Nasdaq Composite S&P 500 closed at record levels.

The $Dow Jones Industrial Average(.DJI.US)$slipped 151 points, or 0.44%. But the $S&P 500 Index(.SPX.US)$rose 0.23% and ended at a new record high of 4,290.61. The $Nasdaq Composite Index(.IXIC.US)$advanced 1% to a record 14,500.51.

Ark is also the second largest holder in $Beam Therapeutics(BEAM.US)$, another company working on fixing genetic mutations.

The ETF’s investment objective is to track the performance of bitcoin, according to the SEC filing. The fund would trade under the ticker symbol “ARKB,” if approved by the SEC. Ark Invest is working in partnership with 21Shares to launch the ETF.
