The Singapore stock market opened higher this morning, with the Straits Times Index up 10.8 points, or 0.35%, at 3132.40 as of 09:30

The volume of shares traded this morning was 300 90.09 million shares with a total value of 163.46 million yuan. There are 119 rising stocks and 87 declining stocks.

Cade Group sold off part of its stake in China Raffles Plaza for 9.6 billion yuan.
Cade Group ( $CapitaLand(C31.SG)$) announced before the market opened on Monday that it had reached a conditional agreement with Ping An Insurance Group to sell off its stake in six Raffles Plaza (Raffles City) projects in China for 46.7 billion yuan (S $9.6 billion).
The company said in a statement that the six Raffles projects are located in Shanghai, Beijing, Ningbo, Chengdu, Changning and Hangzhou.
The deal is expected to close in the third quarter. After the completion of the transaction, Cade Group's effective stake in the six projects is between 12.6% and 30%, and is expected to make a net income of more than 2 billion yuan to promote new economic assets.
Can pay attention to the stock
1. Keppel Enterprises ( $Keppel(BN4.SG)$) sold its 20.05% stake in ARIP Public Company, a Thai media and project management company, for 60.7 million baht (S $2.6 million). The acquirer is Min Intanate, executive chairman and director of ARIP.
3. Ascot apartment Trust ( $CapLand Ascott T(HMN.SG)$) Park Hotel CQ, which operates Ocean View Hotel of Bole (Park Hotel Clarke Quay), has given notice of its intention to recover its assets because the other party is in arrears with rent. On June 18, the trust wrote to the tenant's parent company, Park Hotel Management, asking for an arrears of 5.92 million yuan. The company must pay off the arrears by 5pm on the 30th, otherwise the trust will terminate the lease.
4. USP Group ( $USP Group - watch list(BRS.SG)$) held a meeting with AJ Jetting on June 7 to discuss the sale of Biofuel Research, a subsidiary, and planned to extend the limitation date. The limitation date was extended to June 21, but AJ Jetting informed the company on the 18th that it would not proceed with its plan to acquire Biofuel Research. The two sides are negotiating and determining the terms of the sales agreement.
5. Kelly board listed company rice payment ( $OxPay Financial(TVV.SG)$The dispute between controlling shareholder Chen Jiguang and the company's board of directors continued to heat up. Chen Jiguang sent a letter refuting the board's claim, which responded that the nominating committee evaluated the candidates for directors in a fair and thorough way.
Chen Jiguang sent a letter on Saturday to respond to the reasons in the rice pay statement that he, Chen Weihong and Wu Yongrui were not suitable candidates for directors.
Rice pay yesterday posted a statement on the website of the Singapore Exchange in response to Chen Jiguang's accusations.
The nominating committee said the three men did not fully disclose that several companies owned by the Pindan Group were in serious financial trouble in the evaluation documents submitted to the committee or through Holdings.
They only disclosed that some companies of the Pindan Group had entered voluntary administrative bankruptcy proceedings and made no mention of the liquidation of the other nine companies.
