$Torchlight Energy Resources Inc(TRCH.US$ tomorrow is the day because you must own the stock by EOD to get the special dividend issued on Thursday which i believe will be more than $20 per share. i shared my DD earlier. if you buy stock for less than the dividend, you can give stock to charity and you still are ahead. im predicting 26 easy tomorrow. The price action tomorrow has nothing to do with shorts covering. its about owning shares when the record who gets the dividend after trading is finished tomorrow. even shares on margin get the dividend. This play IS NOT ABOUT STOCK PRICE. its about grabbing special dividends you will probably never see again.

It may have a dip after the Special Class A Shares Dividends are set-up for the later on monetary Dividend compensation. But overall when TRCH becomes META you're looking at a whole different market area that's got great potential. Look at:
18siao cheerfulknight: The merger is anytime till end of this month but NO specific date given yet. So the best thing to do now is own the stock and wait for news. It’s up to you to do anything with the stock after getting the dividend or merger.
Mike HuntOP cheerfulknight: Probably. Which is why this play is not about the stock. It’s about the dividend. Once the dividend is secured, There will be an insane amount of selling of the stock. But don’t underestimate the CEO George who is friends with Elon musk. They could announce a partnership of meta materials with both Tesla and SpaceX. They could wait until the institutional shorts open their position because everyone knows that the stock price will crash. When the stock price crashes my play is to buy those shares super cheap with the dividend. Meta-materials is going to be an amazing growth stock.
