coordination is not legal and we should all be very aware of that.
I personally will be voting on no new shares AKA Dilution. it hurts the short term but plays in the long terms favor. they've already diluted enough to raise cash and bring them out of the grips of bankruptcy. in my personal opinion of course.

The stronger amc gets the harder it will be for the hedgies to win. With more shares, they can negotiate better rental agreements, or buy out smaller theaters to grow.

LumpsGoesToTheMoon Tanya C: I don't trust the SEC to enforce anything. AMC is still a corporate company. Adam is still a suit whether we are comfortable coming to this realization or not. I have full faith in the AMC squeeze but I'd be lying if I said I trusted them to tell the full and transparent truth. Lots of companies file things with the SEC. None of it matters if there is no enforcement.
