My No.1 trading rule
TBH my dad didn't teach me much about trading. But rather how to be humble as an individual.
I think being humble is also applicable to investment especially during such a volatile time. As I was a newbie to trading and thanks to @moomoo Singapore I'm able to learn and invest more easily as compared to traditional stock trading platforms. And I have been through good times like $AMC Entertainment(AMC.US$ rocket to the moon, and significant lost in the Tech firms during Feb/Mar market crash.
Those times I learnt that we all are just the fish in the market flow, we shouldn't over estimate our own ability or so called "all in" mentality. I should always humble to myself and others in the Moomoo community. Never over confident because of a winning stock pick, and also never lost faith in a stock if it goes down a lot. Humble is the key to remain calm in this uncertain time. Then learn and grow to better my own knowledge and technical skills from @Invest with moomoo and grow.
I also feel being humble can create a better Moomoo community. There are times I see some users share their views on certain stocks but comment so harshly to others who have different opinion than him/her. I think no one can ever predict or say something 100% sure about the market. We should accept views and share fair and non-offensive thoughts rather than give negative comments to everyone who go against you.
Being humble is something I think we all need to learn and master for a lifetime and I am sure I will pass this to my kids as well in the future, not just about trading but for a lifetime lesson as well.
Last but not least happy father's day to all dads here and hope I get selected

Johnnie Worker : For me, the first rule is staying in the game.
KYMO : Good advice. I was burn too for being too proud and think I am very clever when I make some profit from my first few trade but later burn when market crash in the 20. Trade within our mean.
Tuyea : Never trade margin unless afford to lose that amount
