  • C w6 : Bob apparently has infinite money already to always buy lol.
Buying to get a stock to go up has always seemed silly to me. We buy so we can hold more. the holding is the most important part. the price will go up regardless once the shorts fold so we should not feel obligated to continuously buy. That said Every spare 100 I get has been and will continue to go into amc because I believe in the return. I just don't want to make people believe they have to spend more and more money for a return. holding is way more important than buying, that said when the party does go off the more tickets you have for it the happier you will be.

  • Al BondigaOP : You clearly dont understand what's happening here. The more synthetic shares that are snatched away from paper hands and held, the more money the HF's lose. The principal of shorting is based on them pumping synthetics into circulation, selling them and then having paper hands sell their shares in order to for the shorts to buy them cheap. If there are no shares for them to buy  their interest rates go up. How do you think we have gotten to this point right now?

  • umbrager C w6: Not true. Without buying pressure, the price will go down. So its always important to buy and hold when necessary. Especially during red days.

  • Al BondigaOP C w6: Not to mention  the principal of matching buying pressure with selling pressure. we must continue to buy

  • Al BondigaOP umbrager: exactly good sir

  • C w6 Al BondigaOP: I just don't agree, if we all hold and no one buys, yes the price will drop some. but the value of owning the float is that how much it can drop without anyone selling is very limited and even if the price dropped 10 or 15 it would matter very little to the final price once the shorts cover because the amount available to buy at the lower price would be very low.

  • umbrager Al BondigaOP: Buying during red days helps to defend. Amc is never an easy fight. That is why when your cost is low, you need to average up during red days. Once you are in this fight, its only heaven or hell. If will be a long fight if everybody hold without buying. This is everybody's fight. No matter if your cost is 10,20,or 60. If the wall crashes, nobody is safe and there goes the moon trip.

  • C w6 umbrager: you are correct it would go down buy until shorts cover what the price is matters very little, as long as we hold and the float is ours even with a drop it would not affect the price after the shorts cover because if the very limited amount of shares to cover with.

  • Al BondigaOP umbrager: I agree with all of it
