This does not make sense too... If they can achieve a price by not wanting their calls to be itm, then u are saying 80% individual ownership does not count for anything. Obviously it is a 50:50 thing and the stock might moon or crash but certainly the hfs cannot just achieve the outcome by unilaterally willing it, ie ppl have to want to not buy beyond a certain price
