June 11 I think is next Proxy statement telling when, what special mtg will contain. And I believe July, around end sometime is the Final Special Meeting time where Meta Merger happens and Dividend is locked in (not given I don't think)... I'm going to have to go back and dig through everything again to see what it really is, so don't take anything of what I've said as real info, just what I think I remember. DD Due Diligence is necessary for everyone to look at this. I'm not really highly invested in this so I'm not Johnny on the spot. Maybe someone else will come in with a link or something.

The special meeting is June 11th which contains everything regarding any ,or all of the following : Merger, RS, Dividends Date and Calculation.. This is huge bunch of material to try and understand and I'm nowhere near a professional on investment Mergers or legal speak.. Very confusing, many pagesbof 8k Amendment to Amendments.. Just Try to Read the SEC Filing and Check on the June 11 Mtg because that's Freaking FRIDAY THIS WEEK.
