b_aver : you don't loss them the hedgefunds can borrow your shares.. Yeah some brokers are limiting how high you can set your limit sell
DeepFookingValue : Also if your funds are not settled and are deemed to be high risk, they may close your position if not set. Saw this happen to one guy that posted today.
