$NIO Inc(NIO.US$'s offering of 68 million new American depositary shares was completed on last Wednesday at a price of $39 per share, raising about $2.65 billion before fees. Share price rose continually all the week.
Let's see how much had other EVs raised this month:
$Tesla(TSLA.US$ raised $5 billion;
$Li Auto(LI.US$ raised about $1.4 billion;
$XPeng(XPEV.US$ raised about $2.45 billion.
The flurry of capital raises foreshadows an arms race in the Chinese EV market, Wall Street analyst said.
