What a peckerwrinkle ;^)
$Fulgent Genetics(FLGT.US$ these are the mistakes that over shadow the progress I/We make. I know my style doesn't do well (to this point) when I buy in the most active hours of the market (picket sign reading "No More FOMO" or how about "FOMO YEARS". Yep we're all millionaires with that idea. Somebody print that up on a shirt and send it to me asap. That way we can buy $Futu Holdings Ltd(FUTU.US$ and just have them use their tools to trade for us while we kick back and take in some profits! Anybody down? What was the point of this conversation again? Haha) Seriously, when I buy in the less volatile hours, I do tremendously better. So if any of you see me on here snapping up trades about 11 o'clock go ahead and slap me! Thank you ahead of time ;^) ![]()

knowledgeispowerful : well as you asked I did a little more research and now I'm a little intrigued I'm not going to lie I never look at biotech me personally I just don't like to trade them but after going through some of the SEC filings specifically they're 13d and I ran across something very interesting the CEO in December liquidated all shares in the trust and assumed ownership which put him the biggest shareholder of the company 32% of the exact of the market cap that is huge and I say this because one whether they'll ever admit it but they all have inside information that we don't trading I'll say information is forbidden but we all know they do it it's very hard to prove but the fact that he is 32% owner of the market cap shows that he has a lot of confidence and he just did it within the last month so my guess is they may have some big information coming soon and he did that prior and they usually do it a little bit before the announcement just so that they can't be accused of working off information that they shouldn't be I don't know if this is the case but it's definitely worth watching and keeping your eyes on because I have an idea that most likely they're going to be making an announcement to benefit the company very soon

I really appreciate your time. but I couldn't ask for better content. now that we're armed with this knowledge I'll be looking a lot closer to try to find anything else that stands out. when I was studying inside trading this was one of the bus profitable indications along with obviously CFO transactions #1 I'm pretty sure. any other guidance on how we should look at this moving forward? or just being vigilant should be enough to see what's going to shake out? I know anything could happen but I'm riding on your experience with the last question. To see how more experienced traders think

treydonguiOP knowledgeispowerful: as far as biotechs. I traded them pretty often and watched approval dates and there is money there but you're right there are way more consistent ways. I rarely trade Biotechs since the initial vaccine surge. got some profits but when too many tickers started flying around it felt real "iffy" and I got out. really haven't felt good about getting back into too many since then other than tiny positions. but I'm going to heed your advice here. brings up a good point and unless it's something we're doing here with the community I'm going to shy away from biotechs
