1. We would love to know what attracted you to join us at Moomoo, and when did you join us?
I first joined Moomoo around the time of the NDP period in 2023. I remember they were offering a free $2 cashback for 60 days and free Jay Chou ticket.

To be honest, I didn't give it much thought when I signed up. I was mainly interested in investing, and since I was new to the app, I didn't know much about it. Initially, I thought it was a social media platform like Facebook, where I could post pictures of food to sell. I was shocked when a cow reported me for selling kueh, lucky they never fine me. I didn't realize there was a community aspect to the app, similar to pasar malam so very noisy.
2. What are your main investments on Moomoo currently and how has your investment journey been with us?
My investments on Moomoo primarily consist of stocks and funds. Unfortunately, my business has been struggling due to the ongoing war situation.
With the dragon boat festival approaching, I'm hoping to garner support for my bak chang so I can avoid having to set up stalls at various counters every day, begging for big brother customers.

Thanks to Moomoo, I've developed the discipline to wake up at 8 am every weekdays.
3. Looking ahead, what investment goals do you hope to achieve with Moomoo and how can we support you on this journey?
My investment goals with Moomoo revolve around building a well-diversified portfolio and achieving consistent long-term returns. I hope to continue learning and growing as an investor and trader. I believe that Moomoo's support and resources will be instrumental in helping me achieve these goals.
In terms of assistance, it would be beneficial if the call customer service representatives refrain from saying they don't offer financial advice or simply read from a script, when I asked them something related to the app. I would not ask if I know how to use.
However, I'm grateful for the opportunity to meet Mr. Chew at the Moomoo office, and I appreciate his time and effort in explaining the app's functions to me.
I'm also looking forward to attending more physical classes.
Many thanks moomoo for your guidance, patience and generosity. If one day I stop using moomoo, I will mail back all the toys to you. Don't worry, I won't sell them
