Need more evidence to tell if market has bottomed
Is now a good time to buy or goodbye?
I don't time the market, hence need not worry if the market has bottomed. I invest in the company not the share price.
I do DCA if I want to invest in a particular stock or ETF to avoid emotional trading (FOMO and panic sell).
I don't predict but when the FED continues to increase interest rate, it is difficult to tell if the worst is over.

Best opening since 1975: Is the worst over?
The Nasdaq had its best January performance since 2001 with a 10.7% gain. That's after plunging 33.1% in 2022. In fact, the Nasdaq was up more than 16% year to date as of Feb. 2, 2023. That's the best start to the year since 1975. So will this year be good for the Nasdaq?

Will the 2022 bottom appear again in 2023?
Despite major tech companies, such as Google ( $Alphabet-A(GOOGL.US$ , $Alphabet-C(GOOG.US$ ), Microsoft ( $Microsoft(MSFT.US$ ), Amazon ( $Amazon(AMZN.US$ ) letting go of their employees in 2022 (*1), and Apple ( $Apple(AAPL.US$ ) cutting contractors to slash costs (*2), the U.S. economy continues to stay very strong, with the January jobs reports showing an increase of 517,000 jobs, beating estimates, and the 53-year low unemployment rate (*3).

Will US CPI end the run?!!
Month-over-month changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) in the United States can have an impact on the stock market, but the direction and magnitude of that impact are not always clear or consistent. The CPI is a measure of the average change in prices over time for a basket of goods and services consumed by households, and it is widely used as a gauge of inflation.
