Yes, it's because due to the Russia 🇷🇺  & Ukraine 🇺🇦... oil 🛢 has raised in price rapidly.
More sanctions on Russia from all different countries will cause a decreased in the supply of oil as Russia is one of the the biggest oil producers, I guess...Smug.
When there is a decreased in supply, there may be an increased of demand, in which lead to an increase in price of oil 🛢.
Why increase demand?
It's because supplies are limited = may lead to panic buy...
