Never ever let losses define you
Learn to control Emotions - big losses tend to make an investor emotional. It’s normal. But how you handle these emotions is critical. More often than not, emotional investors tend to act rashly. My Story during the Covid-19 Market Crash

Take A Break
For most people, investing in the stock market isn’t their full-time job. If you’re on this boat, then don’t treat the stock market like it’s your full-time job. It’s good to go a few days without looking at your portfolio or making any investments. You can combine your break with the weekend. For instance, you can take Friday and the next Monday off. Scott Bailey : I have found it is best to let it go. One thing I found to help when trading stock is a short memory. You panicked selling the stock locking in these loss. Which will cause you to make bad judgements in future. Their is no way to stop losses in the market best you can do is learn from your mistakes. but don't dwell on them
