First Investment of 2022
Likely due to the news of interest rates rising, REITs are taking a hit at the moment. I have been doing quite a bit of shopping since the start of 2022, buying more shares. Renowned private equity firm TPG expects to go public on January 13th. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol "TPG."
TPG priced its anticipated IPO at $29.50 a share, in the first big test of the IPO market in the new year.
