totally agree that it ain't over till it's sold. At this moment I find it is the right time to build up your investment plan. You can do so many things such as trading sideway, buy dollar cost average for stock to average the price down, and planning your investment after fed meeting. last but not least keep the stocks that pay dividends and dollar cost average.
