Today was pretty bullish looking in the markets. The dollar experienced a massive 1 day sell-off while yields were falling at the same time. This sent gold and equities to the upside. This was likely caused when the Bank of England announced it will conduct bond-buying operations. This sent yields lower globally which is good for markets in the current high inflationary environment. The Central Bank of England could possibly be buying too early but central banks typically do ...

$Bitcoin(BTC.CC$ trading volumes against the British pound surged to a new high after the Sterling wobbled on Tuesday, prompting market experts to speculate that investors scrambled to dispose of the Pound in exchange for Bitcoin or to profit from arbitrage. The British pound reached a record low against the U.S. dollar, according to data compiled by the Kaiko Research team, after the United Kingdom government announced unfun...

$Apple(AAPL.US$ down on reports of iPhone production cuts. This happens every iPhone cycle. Production “cuts” after the launch. Apple always overshoots production goals to its suppliers in the summer and “cuts” in the fall.
Big picture: lead times for iPhone 14 Pro remain around 4 weeks. That’s a sign demand is healthy.

Good day traders!
We're watching $Hang Seng Index(800000.HK$ for a potential counter-trend buy setup.
And this is why:
1.) From the beginning of June 2022 to the present, the price has been in a descending trend on the daily chart.
2.) Seeking an immediate buy at 17210.
3.) The entry is motivated by the intersection of the 161.8% Fibonacci extension line and the -61.8% Fibonacci expansion line. Looking to play the bounce back up to the 19079 le...

Still in a bear battle. The ideal is to buy low and sell high. That means you should usually buy in a bear market and sell in a bull market. However, we generally see investors flocking to equity markets in a bull run and can exit only during the next bull run to make a profit from their investments. The trend is a declining trend. Despite a stressful 2022 year, due to rate hikes and an increased risk of global recession. Hedge funds once again protected investors, but less so than ma...

$SPDR S&P 500 ETF(SPY.US$ if the US misses GDP and the market reaction is negative, you want to be shorting the $FTSE

if you want exposure.

I don't think that what retail does is necessarily the way the market will move.
Technically what moves the market is the actual institutions and market makers moving around large amount of money. Typically the money they take is ours. just as we can see their moves they can see ours. and typically they try to move the market counter to what we do to make money off of us.
Kenan Grace on YouTube has great videos about what the institutions are doing on YouTube and how to track it in moomoo.

Bull & Bear battle which will win?
I think the bear 🐻 will win.
It looks quite obvious to me. If the treasury yield interest is so high, big investor might else sell stocks to invest in it since it has high interest rate & safe.
If holding stock, they may suffer from the risk of recession.
Most companies next financial report will most likely be very bad...
Guess that it may take about 1-2month to completely fall, who knows.
