I especially like to share my love for Reits on this day. I have been buying and accumulating Reits ever since I started my investment journey to build my baseline of long-term high dividend passive income.

Fortunate or not fortunate, Reits have so far been adversely hit by the spate of events: COVID pandemic and the announcement of upcoming interests rate hike. On Valentines Day today, I romantically see all the counters red like a bed of roses 🌹 🌹 🌹 , together with my other investments.
Well, for me, I welcomed the dip as I got the opportunity to buy more shares at a discounted rate. For instance, $Ascendas Reit(A17U.SG)$, I first bought it at a share price of $3.02, and I am still performing DCA by buying more shares until today. This counter on my portfolio has never been green since, but I believe in true love where $Ascendas Reit(A17U.SG)$ would one day return her love to me, bringing me wealth in time.
