Tracking the iEdge S-REIT Leaders Index (measures the performance of the most liquid large and mid-cap S-REITs), $CSOP S-REITs INDEX ETF (SRT.SG)$ places for subscribing on Oct 29. According to Bloomberg, the index is expected to deliver dividend yields of 5.4% and 5.6% for FY22 and FY23. As of June 30, the index had an annualized return of 10.06% for 3 years.REIT is a type of asset that pays dividend from most of the rent received from the property. Compared to equities, REITs have overall lower volatility that is able to diversify the portfolio.

Any idea whether the ETF units will be custodized at MooMoo/Futu or in CDP?

I presumed the former, but then I saw a CDP charge in the fees schedule (see attached), why is CDP involved n why have to pay them if the units are at MooMoo?
