$Sea(SE.US$ , known as the "small Tencent in Southeast Asia", plans to raise US$6.3 billion in this year's largest equity transaction, which will promote the global expansion and acquisition of the largest company in Southeast Asia .
The online gaming and e-commerce company, which is owned by Tencent (0070.HK), will issue 11 million shares, with a total market value of approximately US$3.8 billion at the close of trading on Wednesday. It also intends to issue US$2.5 billion in stock-related bonds. Sea has risen by more than 70% this year. In August of this year, after the company’s share price soared, its founder, Forrest Li, became the richest man in Singapore.

i think sea has potential and its revenue keep increasing but currently it's still not making money and net income is negative. i prefer to observe and wait until its earnings turn positive
shopee good shopping platform.. he builds his success and deserves well where he is now. a good investment if it continue to innovate and retain customers.

I am not at all surprised that Forrest Li has now become the richest man in Singapore. He has managed to make Shopee so successful here. Every one I know has bought something from Shopee. How can Sea be not doing well with so many customers here. I also believe Shopee will do well elsewhere and with better sales, the share price can even do better. I will surely support Shopee!
