How to cancel a withdrawal

1. Cancel an EFT withdrawal

• In the moomoo App, go to Accounts > All > Funding History > Withdrawal;

• Select the withdrawal request you would like to cancel, and tap the Cancel button on the details page.

It takes some time to cancel a withdrawal. We will let you know if the cancellation is successful by email and in-app message.

2. Cancel a wire transfer withdrawal

• In the moomoo App, go to Accounts > All > Funding History > Withdrawal;

• Select the withdrawal request you would like to cancel, and tap the Cancel button on the details page.

If the option to cancel is unavailable, this means your wire transfer withdrawal request has already been processed. If you still need to cancel the withdrawal request, please go to Me > Support in the moomoo app to contact our customer service.
