Both of these firms are members of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF). Your assets remain protected under CIRO rules and CIPF coverage. This transition supports our commitment to service excellence while maintaining the highest standards of security.

A carrying broker is the firm that holds and custodies your investments and handles trade execution, clearing, and settlement in the background.
While Moomoo Canada manages your entire relationship, including your account and service experience, the carrying broker works behind the scenes to process trades and custody assets.
