During the promotional period, all transfer-ins will be cumulative, and the reward will be based on the total transfer-in amount during that period. For example, if you transfer CAD 50,000 from a TFSA at institution A and CAD 50,000 from an RRSP at institution B to moomoo within the promotional period, the total transfer-in amount will be CAD 100,000.

Answer: The deposit procedures can be viewed here. The amount of your deposit can be cumulative. Please ensure that you deposit enough to meet the requirement within the campaign period.
How do I get my rewards after the successful register or deposit? And when do I get them?
Answer: You can go to the moomoo app and tap - [Me] - [My Rewards] to check your rewards. Rewards will automatically be issued to your moomoo account within 15 business days. Commission rebate cards will be issued to your account. Please claim your cash voucher promptly to avoid expiration; it may take a few business days to reissue your cash voucher if should it expire.
Transfer cash from other broker, how to get 6% Cash Plus Introductory Offer?
Answer: If you transfer cash from other broker, please complete your account first deposit in order to unlock 6% Cash Plus Introdctory Offer (cash rebate for 60 days).
I initiated my deposit during the Promotional Period, but it did not complete until the promotion ended. What do I do?
Answer: Please reach out to our customer service team and they will help apply the offer based on when the deposit was initiated.
If I open RRSP, TFSA, cash and margin accounts, do I need to deposit for each account individually?
Answer: No. Whatever you deposit, the requirements for getting cash coupons are calculated based on the total amount across all accounts based on the applicable promotion.
If I want to use the trading functions, what documents are needed? Are there any account opening restrictions?
Answer: A Canadian residential address (excluding Northwest Territories and Nunavut), phone number, and Social Insurance Number (SIN no.).

What kinds of investments can I trade at Moomoo?

After I submit the application, how many days are needed for account opening approval?
Answer: Documents will be reviewed after submission. If no further actions are needed, the trading account will be opened within 2 business days.
Will Cash Plus affect my buying power?
Answer: No. Your buying power is unaffected when participating in the Cash Plus program. The cash balance swept to the bank/s will still be considered as part of your account's buying power.
