1. US stocks & ETFs pricing

*This pricing also applies to Canadian stocks and ETFs denominated in USD.

1. Platform Fee: As a technology-driven brokerage, we are committed to offering high-quality and reliable products and services. The platform fee supports our ongoing investment in research and development, enabling continuous improvements in our technology and an exceptional trading experience.

2. Low-priced stocks may come with additional risks, including low liquidity, higher volatility, and the possibility of being delisted. To protect your interests, platform fees and commissions are charged at US$0.0005 per share for stocks priced below US$1.00. Minimum charges of US$0.99 for commissions and US$1.00 for platform fees per order apply.

Examples:

● Purchasing 2,000 shares of XYZ at US$0.20 per share:

Platform fee = 2,000 × US$0.0005 = US$1.00

Commission = 2,000 × US$0.0005 = US$1.00

Total charged: US$2.00

● Purchasing 500 shares of XYZ at US$0.20 per share:

Platform fee = 500 × US$0.0005 = US$0.25

Commission = 500 × US$0.0005 = US$0.25

Since the minimum platform fee (US$1.00) and minimum commission (US$0.99) apply,

Total charged: US$1.99

3. If a day order is filled through multiple transactions, commission and platform fees are charged only once for the entire order.

4. If a GTC order is filled through transactions over multiple trading days, transactions on each trading day will be regarded as separate orders and charged accordingly, subject to minimum charges.

5. Applicable exchange, electronic communication networks (ECNs) and/or specialist fees may apply based on the execution venue.

Third party fees are collected by our carrying broker, Canaccord Genuity Corp. Moomoo Canada does not charge any additional fees. In case of any ambiguity or discrepancy, the actual charges applied by the third party shall prevail.

2. US options pricing

2.1 Commission & Platform Fee

1. If a day order is filled through multiple transactions, commission and platform fees are charged only once for the entire order.
