The “Referral Rewards” (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Promotion’, whereas the rewards issued in the Promotion are hereinafter referred to as "benefits") is a promotion offered by Futu Securities (Australia) Ltd trading as Moomoo AU, ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663, of Suite 1701, Level 17, 570 George Street, Sydney (‘Moomoo AU’ or the ‘Promotor’).
This Promotion is valid from 08 September 2023, 00:01 AEST, to 22 November, 23:59 AEDT (the ‘Promotion Period’).
The Promotion is available only to existing clients (the "Referrer") of Moomoo AU with valid and active Moomoo AU Trading Account (the "Account").
For the purpose of this Terms and Conditions:
- A "Referral Code" means a unique code which is assigned to each Referrer, to be shared with their friends and families.
- A "Referred Friend" means an Australian resident over the age of 18, who:
a) has never signed up a moomoo account; and
b) successfully signs up & opens a new trading account with Moomoo AU after applying the Referrer's Referral Code
- A "Successful Referral" means each time a Referred Friend successfully opens their first Moomoo AU trading account after applying the Referrer's Referral Code and has completed respective deposits pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
Share or copy your Referral Code with your friends and families. For each Referred Friend successfully opens their first Moomoo AU trading account after applying your Referral Code, you are eligible to get 3 free gift shares. And the Referred Friend is also eligible to get EXTRA 1 free gift share in addition to the standard Moomoo Welcome Rewards for new clients.
*The maximum quantity of referral gift shares that can be claimed by each Referrer is thirty (30).

The above gift shares will be distributed through a randomised draw mechanism. Spin chances are awarded automatically when the respective conditions outlined above are met. The gift shares are determined via an algorithm at the time the Eligible client uses the spin chance. Clients will be notified of what shares they have won immediately when it is determined by the algorithm. The allocation of shares to their trading account shall take place within the next 5-7 business days after clients are notified.

The Promotor is not responsible or liable and shall bear no consequence for the price difference between the indicative prices and actual market prices the gift shares. The Promotor shall not give any declaration, compensation and/or be assumed any responsibilities, liabilities and consequences regarding the same. The stocks obtained in the promotion will be issued randomly determined by a computer algorithm, and the final winning result is not guaranteed. The Promoter provides no guarantee, promise or warranty on the category, number or value of the stock obtained in each spin chance by the eligible client, and shall not bear any liability, claim or consequence regarding the winning results.
The spin chances will expire in 30 calendar days from when they are awarded if not used (by clicking the ‘Spin’ button on the promotion page within the Moomoo App or desktop trading platform). Shares available in this Promotion are issued to the client’s Moomoo AU trading account and such shares will not expire and will remain on the client’s Moomoo AU account until sold or transferred.

(11) This event is not available for users on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List".
