        Transfer US Stocks to FUTU AU

        Notes:

        Name: You can only transfer stocks between brokerage accounts under your name.

        Transfer Fees: FUTU AU does not charge any fees on stock transfers. However, your broker may charge a fee for this service.

        Processing Time: Transfer from Stake, IBKR AU, Westpac, the total processing time is usually 5 to 7 business days. Transfer from other brokers, the total processing time is usually 3 to 15 business days; once the transfer is received by FUTU AU, it may take 1 to 2 business days to appear in your account.

        This article is a step by step guide on how to transfer US stocks to your moomoo account.

         

        The steps required for transferring US stocks out of another brokerage account to FUTU AU vary by broker. Please follow the transfer steps of your broker below.

        1. Transfer from Stake, IBKR AU, Westpac

        2. Transfer from other brokers

         

        1.Transfer from Stake, IBKR AU, Westpac

        Please follow these steps if your account is with one of these brokers.

         

        1.1 Start the transfer process in the moomoo app.

        Go to: Accounts > Transfers > Transfer Stock In > US Stocks

         

        1.2 Enter the broker’s information and your account details

        1.2.1 Select the broker from which you want to transfer your US stocks

        · Stake

        · IBKR Australia

        · Westpac

        1.2.2 Enter your account number with the broker.

        · Your brokerage account number can be found on your monthly statements.

        1.3 Enter the transfer details

        · Enter the required details into the app.

         

        1.4 Confirm the transfer details and submit the transfer request

        · Check the Broker, Share Quantity and Symbol fields

        · Tap ‘Comfirm’ to continue

         

        Important Notices

        To ensure smooth processing of your transfer instructions, please email your recent account statements to settlement@moomoo.au.com. The statements should include the account holder's full name, address, and positions held.

         

        2.Transfer from other brokers

        2.1 Start the transfer process in the moomoo app.

        Go to: Accounts > Transfers > Transfer Stock In > US Stocks

         

        2.2 Enter the broker’s information and your account details

        2.2.1 Select the broker from which you want to transfer your US stocks

        · Select ‘Other Broker’ from the list and enter the ‘Broker Name’

        2.2.2 Enter your account number with the broker.

        · Your brokerage account number can be found on your monthly statements.

        2.3 Enter the transfer details

        · Enter the required details into the app.

         

         

        2.4 Confirm the transfer details and submit the transfer request

        · Check the Broker, Share Quantity and Symbol fields

        · Tap ‘Comfirm’ to continue

        2.5 Contact the other broker to request a transfer out.

        · Submit a transfer out request to the other broker.

        · Share FUTU AU’s transfer details with the other broker. Click here for the transfer details.

        · The transfer will start once FUTU AU and the other broker have the required details.
