API Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use set forth the handling procedures and obligations to be observed when you, as a holder of a securities account with us, use our Application Programming Interface (the “API”) through the software licensed by us (the “Software”).

Article 2 (Use of the API)

1. You may use the API through the Software in accordance with these Terms.
2. Conditions related to financial instrument transactions conducted via the API shall be governed by our separately established terms, rules, and applicable laws and regulations.
3. The financial instrument transaction services and Software content available to you through the API shall be subject to any separate provisions established by us.

Article 3 (Restrictions and Obligations Regarding Use of the API, etc.)

1. All copyrights, patent rights, moral rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights related to the API services and associated works belong to us or to third parties designated by us. Rights related to the Software belong to the provider of such Software. You must not copy, alter, reuse, or reproduce any part of the API or Software beyond the scope of personal use.
2. We prohibit you from selling the Software content to third parties, redistributing it, jointly using it with third parties, reproducing it on devices other than the viewing terminal, concealing the internet access point, or engaging in activities that impose excessive load on our systems.
3. If any suspicious circumstance arises during a transaction, we will promptly impose transaction restrictions based on our internal standards.
4. You must not use the API for any purpose or in any manner other than through the Software.
5. You must not copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise analyze the API.
6. You must not modify the API in whole or in part.
7. You must not transfer, sublicense, or otherwise make the API available to third parties, whether for compensation or free of charge, nor may you use the API as collateral.
8. You must not disclose the contents of the API to third parties.
9. You must not use our trademarks, trade names, or logos without our prior consent.
10. If we determine that you have violated any item of this Article, or if necessary for the operation of the API, we may restrict or suspend your access to the API without prior notice.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

1. The API may experience delays or interruptions in information transmission due to technical reasons.
2. Although we endeavor to ensure the quality of the API content, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. We shall bear no responsibility for any damage incurred by you through the use of the API.
3. We assume no liability for delays, errors, or defects in API processing or transmission arising from failures of communication equipment, communication lines, commercial networks, or computers.
4. If we deem that your use of the Software constitutes unauthorized use, or that your usage imposes excessive load on an exchange or on our systems, we may suspend your access to the API without prior notice. We bear no responsibility for any damages arising therefrom.
5. We make no warranty regarding the operation or functionality specific to the Software and assume no related liability.

Article 5 (Miscellaneous)

1. The content of the API services may be changed or terminated without prior notice to you.
2. These Terms may be revised without prior notice. If you continue to use the API after revisions, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
3. Any matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by our terms, rules, and applicable laws and regulations.
