Transfer Stocks

You can easily transfer stocks into or out of Moomoo AU by submitting a request whenever needed.
Transfer stocks in
US stocks
To submit a transfer-in request, follow these steps:
  1. Accounts page > Transfers > Transfer Stock In > US Stocks.
  1. Select the brokerage from which you want to transfer your stocks and enter your account number with the broker.
      For example, if you are going to initiate a request to transfer stocks out of other brokerages such as Interactive Brokers, please ensure all account details retain by Interactive Brokers are the same as your moomoo account details. This may include but not limited to your full names of account, address information and etc.
  1. Fill in the transfer details.
  1. Confirm and submit the transfer-in request. Your transfer-in request will then be processed.
AU stocks
  1. Choose AU stocks and select the brokerage.
  1. Fill in the transfer details.
  1. To ensure your request is processed smoothly, please provide the following documents:
• Hand-signed transfer form: Download it from your email or the Transfer-In History page. Handwritten signatures are required.
• ID photo: A passport or driver's license photo with your signature.
• Holding statement: It must include your registered address, your full name, and the number of shares held.
  1. Confirm and submit the transfer-in request. Your transfer-in request will then be processed.
Transfer stocks out
Notify Moomoo AU to process your transfer request by sending an email to settlement@au.moomoo.com.
Your email should include the following information:
  1. Details of the receiving firm

Please fill in the corresponding stock symbol and quantity based on the market of the stocks you request to transfer.

  1. Make a declaration
Please fill in the corresponding fee declaration information based on the market of the stocks you request to transfer.

I declare that I am aware that Moomoo AU charges a $50 transfer fee per stock per transfer.
HK Market
I declare that I am aware that Moomoo AU charges a HK$500 transfer fee per stock per transfer.
AU Market
I declare that I am aware that Moomoo AU charges an A$55 transfer fee per stock per transfer.
  1. Transfer fee (Per transfer)
• US$50 per US stock
• HK$500 per HK stock
• A$55 per AU stock
Note: Transfer fees are charged by Moomoo AU.
For example, if you transfer two US stocks, such as BABA and AAPL, from Moomoo AU trading to an outside brokerage firm at the same time, the total transfer fee will be $100.
View history
Here’s how to check your transfer-in history:
  1. Accounts > Transfers > Transfer Stocks In.
  2. Tap Transfer In History at the bottom of the page.
  3. Depending on the status of your transfer-in request, you can choose to cancel, modify, or delete an entry from this page.
